SERVICE REQUEST MECHANISM
• Set a date for the examination of the place where the service is to be performed.
• Identify the required service during the examination and specify the required details.
1. PERIODIC CLEANING
It consists of weekly visits to the place of assignment, a fixed service system to be agreed upon, in this option the contract is a monthly contract.
2. COMPLETE CLEANING EXCEPT WALLS & CEILING
Which includes cleaning the entire place except the walls and ceilings. This could be a partial service, with specific details that are agreed upon.
3. SPRING CLEANING
Which includes a thorough cleaning of the entire place, including cleaning walls and ceilings, and washing of curtains, carpets, blankets. This could be a partial service, with specific details that are agreed upon.
• After examination, the price of the service is determined.
• If the price is approved, an appointment will be made at the company’s office to sign the service contract, to know how the team works, to pay the financial value, and to determine the date of implementation of the service.
• Provide the service on the agreed date.
