Flexibility in Entrepreneurship

Flexibility manifests at various levels: in interactions with the team, in dealing with clients, and across different layers of management and planning. The integration of these levels is what creates true fluidity.

Therefore, flexibility is a cornerstone of entrepreneurship. It is the entrepreneur’s lifelong companion and should be one of the first qualities to be tested before launching any venture. It precedes the idea, the capital, and all other project components. It is a fundamental part of the entrepreneurial mindset—if not its very essence.
