The First Idea

“The first idea in entrepreneurship is undoubtedly the source of all subsequent ideas.”
The first idea in entrepreneurship—by which I mean the idea behind the first project—plays a major role in shaping the ideas that follow, namely future projects.
The first idea usually emerges from a need or even an illusion of addressing a certain issue we assume to exist. During the process of addressing that issue—meaning while launching the project and working on it—the core ideas begin to crystallize around the most successful concept. And that, in essence, is what entrepreneurship is all about.
You may start with a small cart selling a few products, only to end up with an office offering a wide range of services!
The goal of the first idea is to shape the entrepreneur’s thinking in terms of management, leadership, execution, and project development. Every refinement or development of the initial idea serves as a process of sharpening and evolving that entrepreneurial mindset.
Therefore, we must agree on a very essential point: new ideas do not necessarily mean discarding old ones. New ideas may replace the old ones, or they may run alongside them—transforming from a single project idea into a collection of project ideas. And the successful entrepreneur is the one who can manage them all.
Managing a group of projects or ideas is a brilliant and ideal embodiment of the entrepreneurial mindset!
So, the first idea in entrepreneurship is the fountain from which all later ideas flow. It is the foundation upon which other ideas are built. And the more effort and continuity invested in developing that mindset, the more likely future ideas will succeed and leave a unique mark in the world of ideas, business, and entrepreneurship.

The multiplicity of services provided

Perhaps the competition today has become very tough within the labor market, as the points of competition are close, and the differences between companies that offer similar products are very little and almost non-existent!

However, this issue remains very important in achieving positive results for companies!

For this, companies are racing to achieve a competitive advantage over their counterparts, and one of the points of competition that companies can follow is providing new services, and enhancing customer awareness in meeting their needs!

Certainly, the new additions must be within the same line of the products, otherwise the company’s identity will be lost.

In Hosa wa nos,

We care about this point, and focus on achieving high competitiveness, and we work to achieve integration between our services, and to meet the desires of customers. We expand the circle of services that go in the same line of work of the company, and thus we target wider customer segments, and we serve customers and achieve integration for the customer, by securing a wide package of his needs within our business field.

We started with the cleaning service, and within five years a wide range of related services, sterilization, home maintenance of all kinds (electricity, plumbing, furniture, walls, curtains, etc.) were added, all the way to the furniture transportation service.

In this way, we have achieved a wide range of our customers’ needs, thus increasing customer loyalty to our brand.

And within the upcoming plans, there is still a wide package of services that will be added, to increase efficiency, competitiveness, and achieve more customer needs.
